Roofing Consultants of Arizona was established in 1982 by Mr. Dale Nelson. In 1987, Dale was able to incorporate his company to make sure he could extend his ability to help more and more residential and commercial clients throughout the area with his roof repair, maintenance, re-roofing, and new construction services.
Throughout the entire time expanding his business, however, Dale has remained hands-on to ensure that everything meets his exacting expectations. These expectations have helped our team become some of the most in-demand roofing specialists in the valley.
The goal of our roofing company has always been to provide our customers with excellence in roofing services and to maintain their optimal satisfaction. More than three decades later, our company has been named one of the Top 10 Roofing Contractors in AZ publications of Ranking Arizona – The Best of Arizona Businesses since 2009.
Meet Our Business Owner – Dale Nelson
As a young man, Dale served the United States Army in the 101st Airborne Division until 1970. Upon leaving the military, he began working as a union roofer in Chicago until he moved to AZ in 1977. Upon moving to the Grand Canyon State, he felt a need for somebody to come out and check on the roofs before houses were sold. That is when he decided to start his first business – Arizona Construction Consultants, in 1979.
In 1982, Dale became a licensed roofing contractor for both residential and commercial roofing. This allowed him to transform Arizona Construction Consultants into Roofing Consultants of Arizona. This has been his business ever since and he continues to work just as hard today as he did more than 30 years ago.
Dale works hard to ensure that all of his customers are given honest and professional roofing options and estimates. He is married with two daughters and understands the importance of family. That is why he runs his business in a family style, so that customers feel welcome working with him and comfortable coming to him when they need any repairs, maintenance, or new installations performed.
